Winchester Cathedral...
The guys drove convertibles and wore slicked back hair with sideburns. Pink plastic flamingos decorated lawns. Girls spent an endless amount of time in the mirror teasing their hair. The Lucille Ball show was watched religiously from the mid 50's into the 60's. At the movies it was the old musicals with music composed by Oscar Hammerstein and Richard Rodgers. The sound of rock and roll was creeping into the mainstream... and then there was Elvis...and Ginny Dolls!
This site shares with you my love for 50's and early 60's memorabilia, Vogue Dolls (Ginny & Ginger), and the Nancy Ann Storybook Doll... Muffie. You will see my collection of vintage dolls, vintage doll furniture, vintage children's toys, and reminisce with the wonderful vintage music of 50's and 60's. You will also meet my four cats: Juliet, Purrcy, Sebastian and Smokey. I hope you will enjoy your visit.
